Aphrodisiac: Arugula


Arugula was a popular aphrodisiac among the ancient Romans and Egyptians. They were associated with Priapus, a minor Roman god of fertility.

Arugula is also said to clear the mind; although this does not specifically raise sexual energy, it promotes the right mode for romance.

They are rich in Vitamins A and C and many minerals that are essential for putting the body in its sexual prime.

Arugula are also a great source of dietary fiber, Vitamins P, K, iron, potassium and other nutrients and minerals that we all need.
