I think about death all the time, and I invite you to do the same. I believe you will live a more fuller and deeper life that way. That since you know that death happens, you will spend less time wasting it on tv, for example (unless you find watching tv very high value) and more time doing something more worthwhile.
Let me also remind you that that you, yourself, die in each and every moment.. especially depending on who you regard your “self” to be.
For instance, when you are born, your only a couple of feet tall. Your physical, mental and almost your every attribution has died 10 years later, and 10 years after that you are again a whole new person. Even your bones are fully renewed after 10 years!
If you wrote a biography in school, I’m sure that most, if not all, the things you described yourself as has changed.
So who are you, in reality, really?
Are you the physical body, that keeps changing all the time, even though you don’t notice it except during certain milestones; or is it your emotions, how you are feeling, are you feeling happy, or are you feeling sad, which also changes all the time.
Please be courteous enough to leave your thoughts in the comments section below, and lets get the discussion going.
