Meditation is a way to connect more deeply into who you really are. One may think that one knows oneself to a great extent, and thus describe oneself with adjectives such as their age, position at their job, their height, their hair colour; however, one must also have the understanding that all this changes, it has changed since a few years ago, and it will change a few years later. What one could seek to understand and know with meditation is your self that is unchangeable, that has not changed since the day you were born and will also not change when you die.
